CE Bonus Reward Program (CEBRP)
Effective
start date: January 1, 2008.
End
date: December 31, 2009.
Eligible
period: January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009.
Introductory bonus: Participants joining the Program before March 1, 2008 will receive a special introductory bonus where registration payments done during 2007 will also be counted toward the CEBRP.
Enrollment: Open to all course participants of the USC School of Dentistry Continuing Education program. Application form is required.
Process:
- For every $100 paid for CE courses, participant receives 1 bonus point
- 1 bonus point = $1.
- Accumulated bonus points can be applied toward any CE course upon availability and during the eligible period. Once applied, the redeemed points will zero out. Our CE office will maintain a list of redeemed points.
Reward levels:
Learner Partner: For every $100 CE tuition registration, participant receives 1 bonus point (1.5 points for on-line registrations)
Silver Learner Partner: Upon point redemption, if the cumulative payments exceed $3,000, participant receives 1.5 bonus points for every $100 paid (2 bonus points for on-line registrations)
Gold Learner Partner: Upon point redemption, if the cumulative payments exceed $5,000, participant receives 2.5 bonus points for every $100 paid (3 bonus points for on-line registrations)
Platinum Learner Partner: Upon point redemption, if the cumulative payments exceed $10,000, participant receives 5 bonus points for every $100 paid (6 bonus points for on line registrations)
* Points earned from a course can only be accumulated and applied toward future courses.
